Returns

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Some products, such as software, downloadable content, or personalized/customized items, may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated in the product description.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support at info@7thsllc.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

Damaged or Faulty Items

Cancellation Policy
